Prepare Your Package
Ensure the hair extensions are unused, still attached to the original zip ties, and placed securely in their original branding boxes.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the product's integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
