Virgin hair is completely unprocessed and comes from a single donor, while Remy hair is processed to ensure all cuticles are unidirectional, preventing tangling while maintaining a natural luster.
How long do Remy & Virgin hair extensions typically last?
With proper care and maintenance, our extensions can last between 6 to 12 months. We recommend using sulfate-free products to extend the longevity of the hair.
Can I dye or bleach my extensions?
Yes, because our hair is 100% human hair, it can be colored or lightened. However, we recommend having this done by a professional stylist to avoid damaging the integrity of the hair.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic US. International shipping times vary by location but usually range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been installed or altered.
